Starting problems

A few other people have reported similar issues in the past. In most cases it turned out to be related to an incomplete or corrupted install of an Office related product. The common solution was to simply give the install the requested disks when it asked for them, and let it fix or finish whatever install was the problem. After that, the problem should be gone.
