Smart Security 5

    I have Smart Security 4 on three computers in my home and just upgraded to 5 at the time of renewal. I am having difficulty installing 5 on a laptop, but not any problem with two desktop computers. I am getting an error message that says,"service eset (ekm) could not be stopped. Please verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system service. The installation is getting right to the end and that error message pops up. The laptop is a Dell Inspiron with Windows 7 Home Premium and a 64 bit intel processor. Thanks in advance if you can help.

    jim, you will love V5. I honestly cant get rid of it, no matter how hard I try.o_O

    its not that good, it has issues ESET cannot fix & the only answers are work arounds, v4 is still better especially ran with MAMB, just my 2 cents...

    No offense...But that's YOUR experience with V5. Far from every user has/had issues.

    Everyone doesn't have issues with V5, I for one haven't had a singel issue... go figure :thumb:
