Security test on internet?

  1. I am looking for sites on internet where it is feasible to take security tests on my computer. ( Like grc.com , but a site who scans more ports than grc.com )

    Steff, look under "Free Services" at Wilders.  There are several available for you.

    Listed at Wilders, I like PC Flank.com and SecurityMetrics the best. There are a couple he doesn't have listed you can try. Kalish port test at http://www.mycgiserver.com/~kalish/  and Hacker Watch http://www.hackerwatch.org/probe/  
    PC Flank has several excellent versions of tests and its good to try them all except the complete port scan which takes a couple of hours to overnight if your on dialup.
