Have been using this software for ages and think it's excellent. Used it on XP.

This time around not sure if it works properly on Win 7, 64 bit. Or would I need the PRO version? I haven't been able to find out if the free version also works on Win 7, 64 bit.

Can anyone shed a light on this? TIA

Revo Uninstaller FREE will run fine under a 64-bit environment, but will not show/list any 64-bit applications in it's uninstall listings. Therefore, only 32-bit applications will be listed under Revo Uninstaller FREE. In Revo Uninstaller Pro, this will be possible, since it fully supports 64-bit compatibility.

If you like using uninstallers like I do, you could always switch to GeekUninstaller. It basically does the same thing but better (In my opinion).

    http://www.geekuninstaller.com/

    And it's 100% FREE

Some people find these useful tools and some don't, I happen to find them useful.

Aaah, that explains it why I didn't see 64 bit apps with Revo on Win 7 64 bit. Therefore thought what the heck is going on with Revo. o_O

Thank you so much RADEON0101! :thumb:

Not a problem, glad I could help. You may want to check out that GeekUninstaller, just so you don't spend money on Revo Uninstaller Pro. It works with 64-bit applications.

Thanks again RADEON0101. Did find this article about GeekUninstaller: http://www.ghacks.net/2012/05/09/geekuninstaller-revo-uninstaller-alternative/ This is what it said in above link:
Not sure what to make of it though because I don't see this valid date until June 2012 on GeekUninstaller's website. Will do some more research on it and also check out IObit Uninstaller.

I wouldn't worry about that too much, it will remain free. I think he does that to set himself a date, as to when he will be releasing the next update.

Have bookmarked GeekUninstaller's website and will see what will happen in June as I am not in a hurry to uninstall any software currently. Thanks again! :thumb:

HaHaHa, I tend to reformat if I feel the computer is junked out. I am trying to steer clear of testing so much software, but it's so dang hard not to. No matter how many times I say "This is the setup I will always have", Well....Uh nope, never the case.
