Renewing Subscription

I've been running Nod32 v2.7 for several years now. I believe my subscription for updates has expired. When I try manual updates, I'm asked to log in and my userid and password are no longer valid. Probably missed a renewal notice. Anyway, the question is: how do I renew? Do I need to purchase a new single-user copy and reinstall from scratch? Thanks in advance...

 

renewal is less expensive than a new licence, just put your new ID and password when you received them after you paid. With ID and PW you can install v2 or v3 as you wish, try one and up or downgrade to the other version as long as you licence is valid

I've been looking for my renewal notice too as there is only 3 weeks until my subscription ends. No notice has been sent as yet. I've just looked at the website this afternoon and no instruction are up there for renewal of subscription - only purchasing. So is an alert going to be sent out notifying me it is time for renewal or what?

It is to be hoped it will not be necessary to uninstall and reinstall Nod 32 Antivirus again as version 3 has only recently been installed. Am I going to need my original password and ID when I purchased last year too?

 

Usually you get an email to the email address your license was sent to when you have 30 days left on the license. This email will contain a link to click and take you to the renewal page. Check your email / spam folder.

Once you have bought a new license you'll be issued with a new user-name and password. Just replace the old user-name and password with the new one and that's it...
