    ***EDIT*** it's fixed now

hi, i am trying to install Bitdefender. during my first go BitDefender needed to reboot. just as WinXP was closing RD popped up, but before i could do anything, it closed and said, in the system tray, it had blocked a value BitDefender wanted to add. i then uninstalled BD and tried to install it with RD closed, but BD wont install.

i have opened RD and clicked on the "RegDend" tab and found this in the log:
    Event - Delete Value
    Action - blocked
    Key - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Runonce
    Value - wextract_cleanup0
    Application - Bitdefender

this is what happens when i try and cleanly install BitDefender now. see screenshot, it doesn't say the root key and the subkey is Run and not Runonce which is the key i found in the RD log. i have only used RD for 2 days now, how can i delete the blocked key i found in the log? and is that the right place to look to find all the blocked actions? because i don't see anything that mentions the "Run" subkey - the place in the screenshot. thanks
