I cannot access the internet with my trusted zone security is set to high or my internet zone security is set to high, I am on a wifi connected computer that connects to another pc in my house, any reasons why this happens?

Does setting your trusted zone to medium help? Anything in your logs that might indicate what the issue is?

Which ZA are you using, ZA free, ZA A/V, ZA Pro, ZASecuritySuite, and what is the version number? Since you are running a LAN what are the entries on the Firewall > Zones tab? (This is important)

Be default the Trusted Zone is set to medium, and usually should be left there. Moving it to high applies the same restrictions/settings that are applied to the Internet Zone, which blocks some necessary LAN traffic. As CrazyM suggested set the Trusted Zone to medium and see if that makes any difference. note: you may either have to exit ZA and restart it, or just reboot your system before the change will take effect.

I'm using ZoneAlarm Security Suite latest version, and i set all the firewall Internet Zone Security and Trusted Zone Security to high and i don't have any problem access to internet even with my wifi. And I think your problem is, you are not given permission to the browser, which when a program need to access to internet, ZoneAlarm will ask you whether you want to give permission to the program to access internet or not.

Below are the example of Internet Explorer need to access to internet:-
