Problems with NOD32 for POP3

I have problems with NOD32 for POP3. It breaks POP reading when it scan a mail with some international characters in header.

I'll explain in detail...

I and my affected customers use Outlook Express 6.0. When option "Send & Receive all" is run, OE receives mails. On reading critical mail (for example, mail 3 of 10 incoming mails), OE stops and after timeout (tipicaly 60 seconds) displays message "Timeout with POP server..." and offer buttons "Stop" and "Wait".

Critical and subsequent mails are not read. However, since POP reading not finished succesfully, OE cannot delete read mails on POP server. On another "Send & Receive All" OE read again first few mails and stops again on the same critical mail.

NOD32 for POP3 does not show any messages. In it's log window header of crtitical mail is totaly corrupted, full of international characters. As far I can see, subject field has something like that: "=?Windows-1251?B?Rnc6IEHt4+vo6fHq6Okg0ODn4+7i7vDt++kg0SDP8OXv7uTg4uDy5evs?==?Windows-1251?B?6CDo5yDR2MAgNzc4LTk4OTQgzO7x6uLg?="

The workaround I use is argument that the problem is really in NOD32 for POP3: I put original POP3 server in "Incoming mail server" instead localhost, and everything works fine (critical mail is accepted), and after that return to "localhost".

Windows installation is not corrupted, there is no viruses or other malicious programs, there is no any type of personal firewall installed, hard disk is OK, everything else (Web surfing, FTP...) in that moment works fine.

Is there any problem with reading internatinal character sets in subject field during passing through NOD32 for POP3?
