Paragon HardDisk Manager 11 Pro with BootCamp.

Basically, I'm trying to move my old secondary partition on a SATA drive over to a new SSD drive. OSX Lion creates a EFI partition to the beginning of every disk, so I tried to simply backup the old partition and restore to the new drives NTFS partition, but it's not recognized as a bootable partition by the uEFI. Booting into the CD recovery to repair the MBR doesn't work either, probably because of Apple's uEFI deal.

I can however restore the complete disk from a backup of the SSD before I started playing around. So the software will work in the future, but I'm thinking what I'm trying to do should work.

Has anyone here had any luck doing something similar?
