    I don't think there was need to delete it but simply move the discussion to a more appropriate thread.

    Wild guess perhaps but might be Monday as it starts off a new work week.

    Quick update (beta build):

    Here is a new v1.4.1 (pre-release) test1:
    https://downloads.novirusthanks.org/files/osarmor_setup_1.4.1_test1.exe

    *** Please do not share the download link, we will delete it when we'll release the official v1.4 ***

    So far this is what's new compared to the previous pre-release:

    + Fixed compatibility issue on Windows 10 1809
    + Fixed some false positives

    To install it, first uninstall the previous build, then reboot (not really needed but may help), and install the new build.

    Please confirm me it works fine on your Windows 10 1809 OS.

    * The GUI still says 1.4, I will update the text to 1.4.1 on next beta build *

    If we are on win 7 do we need to test this build?

    Uninstalled previous version before installing the new beta on Win10 1809. No problems to report, all settings and exclusions remained intact.

    Are you still working on version 1.5 or is that on hold?

    Like to see Andreas answer on that.

    It doesn't look to be of any real consequence for 8 and 7 on the surface. Mainly addressing Windows 10 1809 buggy junk code change.

    I'm passing on this one.

    @Peter2150

    If you use Windows 7 or 8 it is not needed to upgrade.

    You may benefit however from the fixed false positives.

    @jimb949

    This is a quick update to fix the 1809 issue on Windows 10 mainly.

    Once more users confirm me it works fine on 1809 I will release it as 1.4.1 officially.

    We're already working on v1.5 (no ETA for builds yet, but we're on our way).

    @Krusty

    Thanks for confirming.

    In my daughter's PC it was necessary to enter the safe mode and uninstall the new build.
    Failure to load the OS after the login screen and then black screen.
    Unistalled.

    Just curious, i just got a laptop with windows 10 and it hasn't updated to 1809 yet (thankfully). Will this new OSA work with 1805 version or should i stick with OSA 1.4 final ( I haven't installed OSA yet)

    If I was you, I think I would stick with OSA 1.4 final, for the meantime. 1809 is not even available for optional updates at the present time.
    When you eventually see that 1809 is being rolled out, uninstall OSA before the Windows update to 1809, and then download the most appropriate OSA version available at that time.

    Google Chrome users might find that file blocked. One would have to click on 'Keep dangerous file' in Downloads to retrieve it.
