    Hi:

I tried to install the rising free antivirus 2011 but it has an red x mark (opting out) of installing active defense and it only install 2 modules of folder protection and e-mail protection? No proactive modules installo_O This is on a win 7 64bit ultimate?

Does anyone know why is that? Is it something to do with 64bit windows? rising web site says its 64bit compatible and it installs fine just not the proactive parts?? I installed rising free firewall fine but the antivirus is weird? Anyway thanks in advance for your reply.

Yeah, Active Defense doesn't work on 64bit systems so using Rising 2011 on 64bit is not worth the effort. I wonder if now called Trojan Defense in version 2012 will work on 64bit systems as you can't uncheck it during installation this time.
