newbie questions about using spywareblaster

When I click on restricted sites and then click on Protect against checked items, my Webroot spysweeper alerts me that spywareblaster is trying to change my IE browser. Should I prevent this or allow it?

Also, even after i check all the items to protect and scan it, the items still show up in the box and 0190 dialer and 123 found (2) become unchecked without me doing this. What does it mean?

Am i protected?
