Hi, Yes It's me again, I have another newb type question to ask like the one I posted in the Javacool Other software board (please be tolerant ). I have installed MRU Blaster and put a link in the startup folder for MRU Blaster Silent Clean, I assume the program has executed and is working but what can I check to confirm this? Plus what does it actually do? I understand the main application of MRU Blaster but as I cannot seem to find any resident program being active I can only assume it's some kind of registry add-in. Is there a help file or website available I can browse through that would assist in answering any future questions I may have? Thanks in advance, Wink.
wink - Do you have the MRU-Blaster Scheduler set up and running? I have mine set up to run every five minutes, and it has an icon in SYSTRAY. The best way to find out more about what the program is and does is to read all the posts here. Pete
Hi spy1, I have only put MRU in the start-up folder so far, I have been reading through the very long post on this board and found the answers to my questions. MRU silent is automatically exited after it has finished cleaning the MRU's in the background so it isn't resident or linked in the registry like I speculated. I think I need to dig a little deeper before I post too many simple questions. Thanks for your reply Wink
