Minor bugs report.

Hi All,

I've discovered two minor issues with the current 2.04 and 2.04p2 versions.

First one is about the Automatic selection adapter and the Exclude list in the Advanced options.
The last IP of the list is not taken into account. By default the last one is 127.0.0.1, so if you have a network interface with this IP Look 'n' Stop may automatically choose this network interface.
As a solution/workaround: simply add a ';' at the end of the list so, the last IP will be taken into account. The default should be "10;172;169.254;192.168.0.1;127.0.0.1;".

Second one is about having several network adapters with the same MAC/Ethernet address. This happens sometimes with special adapters having 00:00:00:00:00:00 as a MAC address.
Since Look 'n' Stop uses the MAC address to retrieve the IP address of the adapter, if two adapters have the same MAC address, Look 'n' Stop may attribute a wrong IP address to one of the adapters.
No workaround for this one (will be fixed in 2.05), but the impact should be very limited since it should be very unusual to have to filter an adapter with 00:00:00:00:00:00 as a MAC address, or unusual to have two adapters with the same MAC address and different from 00:00:00:00:00:00.

For your information, I've discovered these issues because of a new adapter recently installed on my system:
"Microsoft TV/Video Connection". This adapter has 00:00:00:00:00:00 as a MAC address and 4.0.0.0 as an IP.

Because of the second issue, Look 'n' Stop wrongly attributes 127.0.0.1 as an IP for this adapter.
Because of the 1st issue and without the workaround, and if you use the Autoselect adapter feature, Look 'n' Stop may auto-select this adapter.
