Media Issues

    Hi I'm new here and could use a little help....

    I just installed ESET Smart Security and now my all my media, whether it's videos or just music skip if I do anything else while it's playing, even if it's just looking at a web page. Does anyone know I can get it to stop doing this?

    I have not seen this issue but what I would suggest is turning off real time file protection for a bit to see if the problems goes away

    What security software did you have on your system before installing ESET Smart Security?
