Is this a New.Net detection or not?

Tenebril SpyCatcher description of problem:
Malware description: New.Net

C:\Program Files\Launch Manager\QtZgAcer.EXE

and in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

This software is delivered by Acer notebook manufacturer, and it is supposed to be the Launch Manager that controls 4 buttons next to the power on/off button.

Strange that this is alerted on as malware bye SpyCatcher. I have also sent the launchmanager to Misec TrojanHunter for inspection, and they say it is a false positive. So I guess it could be a false positive then. But with TrojanHunter it only said it was a Dialer.
