    Hi,
Well, I'm interested to know how many machines you guys have? Do you have one thing for all tasks? Two computers? A laptop maybe? Etc...

I have 2 client pc's an one server. My server runs several virtual servers and each one of those handle multiple tasks (domain controller, dns, web server, home media server, file server, antivirus server, etc.).

I'm a complete nerd when it comes to my home network. :D

    Hi,
    Time to answer:
The truth is, me and my bro share computers, so theoretically, both of us have the same number.

    Home:

    P4 Intel 2400
    P4 Celeron 2600
    AMD 1700
    AMD 3700
    2 x P3 500
    1 x IBM laptop

    Work:
    P3 500
    P4 Intel 3200

    Mrk

P.S. I cannot edit the voting options - so Nowhere near enough ain't there. But feel free to add it!

    I own a Laptop and a Server.

Laptop is an 866mhz p3, 512mb ram, 20gig hdd Dell Latitude, used for internet mostly, odd bit of office/accounts work and web development.

Server is an Athlon 1300mhz, 768mb ram, 20gig hdd, 40gig hdd, 80gig hdd, dvd burner, case + hdd fan, used for downloading files, emule, internal web server, file storage, print server etc.

Not particularly voodoo machines, but I find 2 lower spec machines much more productive than 1 machine that does it all.
