Yesterday I did a Full System Backup to a dedicated removeable hard drive. All went well, upon completion, including verify, it is sh0wn that +-45G compressed to +-32G. I have the 2337 patch installed.

Today, I tried to do an increment, from the previous FullSystem BackU,p and as simple and straight forward as this seems to be using the wizard it did not work.

I would post a screen shot of the report if I could figure out how to do it.

    Hello Roger Macon,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Could you please provide us with the more detailed information on the problem?

    - What operating system do you use?

    - What are the exact vendor, model and connection type of the removable hard drive you save your images to?

    - Have you tried to create an incremental image when the latest build (2337) of Acronis True Image 9.0 was running from under Windows or when your PC was booted from Bootable Rescue CD created using the latest build (2337) of Acronis True Image 9.0?

    - Have you received any error messages? What exact error messages? When exactly have you received them?

    - Describe actions taken before the problem appears step-by-step.

    Thank you.

I tried it again last night and everything went just fine. At the moment I think I made a mistake previously.

Acronics just stopped talking with me after I sent all my information, and I downloaded 2337, I still can't get past 2% of a download before it says error, program terminated. No fix, no answers - no nothing.
