Firefox. I could have liked IE9 but the dumbed down interface lacks the previous progress bar, security zone, and protected mode status that used to be displayed on the status bar. If they bring those back for 10 and add a spell checker... maybe. Can't stand Chrome or Safari. Opera is not terrible. If the right addons came along I could see using it.

Chrome from the very beginning. I use it with only two extensions: Google Dictionary and StumbleUpon. I can't really pinpoint what makes it my favourite, but it certainly is very fast on the 3 machines that I have it on, and it has warned many times about potentially unsafe websites.

I'm now using Chrome canary. A few new security features plus very nice performance features.

Firefox has been my favorite since the first day I installed it. Later, adding
NoScript, makes my choosing even more solid.

I voted Opera. I'm a long time user of Firefox, but I've had nothing but problems out of FF lately.

I like opera for ease of use and chrome for its built in security. I use Opera to make online payments, Firefox to check e-mails and chrome for general browsing:)

    Firefox. Why ?

    1. Tradition, I use it from my first PC steps like the main browser, and browser with smallest problems compare with others, smaller number of imperfections.

    2. Addons works best on Firefox, and there are many of them.

    3. Firefox with some tweaks was always faster than others in my browsing testing.
    ---------------------------
*** Opera problem is incompatibillity with web pages, and this may be forever.

*** Chrome (and company). Moron user interface. Too simple with options. No tradition. Addons not working good like in firefox and there are no so much of them.
    ---------------------------
    More than enough reasons.
    ---------------------------
Firefox 4 and 5 I find more buggy on my XP SP2.
    Problems:
    1. Too small default font on pages (not big problem)
    2. Slow tab switching when flash is on tabs.
    3. Bigger RAM consuming. Double more compare with 3.6 on my PC.
    ---------------------------
Firefox 3.6 work with no problems.

It would be nice if all applications were built with security in mind the way that Chrome was.

I think I might try that.
