I am running Nod32 Trialware and the first problem is that I am getting a false detection on a Solarwinds toolbar (Network admin util). Is there anyway to tag it as always ignore because every monning I am getting alerts saying that my computer is infected.

    Hi Dusty_nz:

    Welcome to Wilders.

In such a case, archive the file with your favorite program and send to sample @ eset dot com. Put in the Subject line: False Positive

    That should do it. ;)

Are you sure it's not detected as a potentially dangerous application? A lot of commercial network monitoring applications fall into this category, however, this option is disabled by default.

You can try setting up an exclusion for the Solarwinds toolbar executable or directory. Go to AMON --> Setup --> Exclusions.
