Dump Memory and Blue Screen

    hi. I am Pepito from Argentina, Buenos Aires...

    I have an Acronis True Image Management Console installed on a Windows XP PRO machine with SP2, and i put the True Image Agent into the 3 servers (Windows Advanced Servers).
    But when i begin a remote-backup in these servers, only in 1 of them the operation was succeeded.
    In the others servers, i have a dump-memory with the error in the ntoskrnl.exe in the system32 folder. In both servers this archive has the same weight (1651 Kb) and the same date-time (06/05/2005). But in the third server the weight is 1642 Kb and the date is 17/06/2004.

    Any idea?? Pls help me.

    Please download the latest build (1206) of Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server. In order to get access to updates you should register account on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product. Please also update all your Acronis True Image Agents.

    If the problem remains please create screen shots of your actions when you try to create an image of the remote computer and a screen shot of the error message and send all the information to Acronis Support along with the link to this thread. This will allow us to investigate the problem thoroughly.
