Convert dynamic disk to basic without data loss

    These work but result in a 500GB single partition, neither explains how to handle a drive containing multiple partitions like seen in this picture. (I don't have a RAID and don't believe it's mirrored etc.)

    Can someone help? I've since reverted the change and regained access to the drive and partitions but would like to convert the disk back to Basic while retaining the partitions/data.
