Compatibility issues, and ease of use?

I like to ask if this software has overlapping features that you would get from other security software. Then I would like to ask about compatibility with other software. What is it not compatible with, and what is it compatible with?

Is it hard to use this software, and does it cause situations that makes more trouble than help when using your computer system?

Probably not easy issues to answer just like that, but this is what I am curious about before trying some software like this one.

 

Not difficult to answer but pointless - every piece of software ever written will overlap with something and conflict with something else. A quick search of this forum would show any outstanding issues for PG.

Ease of use comes down to individual judgement and technical knowledge - in my view PG's interface is simpler than most firewalls but the options it offers are quite different, though well documented in the Help file (i.e. those that RTFM first are unlikely to have problems).
