I have a licence for 2 copies of NOD32 ( meaning , same serial , name and pasword ) for the 2 copies ( bought in july 2007)
When version 3.0 came out , I emailed the vendor , and I was told I had a right to upgrade to version 3.0
I uninstalled version 2.7 , and installed version 3.0 in computer 1 ( computer 2was running my second copy of version 2.7 )
I can install , but can't upgrade virus defs - NOD 3.0 says it can't upgrade
Same network same computer , nothing changes .
    What should I do o_O

What message do you see in the Protection status panel?

In the Update window , there is a progress bar that goes up to 100%
and then I read something like " Error - could not update the virus defs "

Actually , I am not with the 3.0 version installed right now ( because of the mentioned problem ) , so it´s just something close to the real thing .
