Can't download Win 98SE downloads

    Using SB v 2.6.0.

    When I click to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp to check for new updates to WIN 98 SE, it fails the scan & shoots out an error message 0x800A138F. MS doesn't permit me to call up all the updates even if I fail the scan.

    Is there a way to allow MS to scan? :(
