Bad License# for SnapDeploy?

    so after troubleshooting for 3 days or so after buying this product, I am VERY unhappy so far...after finding out that the Trial Serial# works, but not the one I actually purchased, I'm left wondering what the #$@#$% I'm supposed to do? Buy Support? Yeah right! You tell me how to get my supposed serial number to work at least, and THEN I'll buy support, but this is ridiculous!

    I take that back...It works until about 70% and then hangs and shutsdown....
    BEAUTIFUL software! Nice!
