Acronis gets stuck on analyzing a partition...

Hey, everytime I startup acronis true image 11 it starts analyzing the partitions, it sucessfully does C: F: but when it gets to G: it just stops, like freezes there, then if I try to close it it freezes on "shutting down acronis" and if I try to do any actions, like backup, it gets like this

grr, any idea what's up?

oh and if you need my specs at all
Windows XP Pro
AMD Althon 5000+ dual core
2GB ram
