My daughter was after some animated gif's of horses. She used the google image search and typed "horse animated gif" and got loads.

I tried it with all sorts of different words instead of horse and found masses of them. You might have to photedit them to get them to the right size.

Yep, Spikey is right just search topic animated gif and you'll get hundreds. Don't worry too much about the size, someone here can resize it for you. You might even get a custom made one from the nice people over here.
    Cheers.

Well, I found a moving avatar, but when I uploaded it on here it's not moving....?

EDIT: I figured it out....looks like i had to shrink the size to 60 x 60 to get it to animate....however, I lost a lot of image quality cutting it down to the smaller file, so I think I will just use it as a photo avatar instead of an animated one........thanks for the help.

If you post the original gif here, I will resize it for you.

Thanks bigbuck!! Looks good. What did you use to resize it? I used some online free site to resize it, and it lost all of the image quality.

    Hi thebigdintx,

I noticed that when I use Privoxy on port 8118 animated avatars do not move, however, when I use a direct connection with Firefox 1.5, animation returns.

My favorite is a cat blasting away with a machine gun - LOL :D !
