is this just Look n Stop sending something to the log file or is it blocking some packets? I just installed it yesterday as per Blackspears settings except I have logfile ticked. How do I tell what is being blocked? All applications show allow.

why can't I make a rule for this. I think it is what is causing the dings.

If you are behind a router it’s better if you make a rule for IGMP packets. See the thread on configuring when behind a router.

I have made the rule as per the router configuration thread says however I keep getting all these logs on ICMP, TCP and UDP. TheTCP and UDP keeps bugging me about port 50882 (this is the port I use for P2P, however Azureus isnt running and ive already configured LnS to allow 50882 for TCP and UDP) .
Also every time I sign in MSN Messenger I get a UDP port 9 and ICMP port 3.

*I also have these ICMP ,TCP , UDP logs ,
    * how I know what to chose when adding a rule:doubt:
    http://img20.imagevenue.com/loc283/th_45781_logs.JPG

*is it normal that the log file looks full like mine( I'm constantly getting new logs)o_O
*can I try to use the same settings for IGMP packets, I do not have them in my log
*I've solve this problem by turning the sound off , for now , is it OK:doubt:

the log shows blocked attacks or scans; there is nothing u need to worry about. and turning off teh sound doesnt do anything bad either. its just to notify of log entries (blocked stuff).
