You should have kept Appguard and Spyshelter and dropped the rest in my opinion!

Good Evening! CrusherW9...are you of the mind...of perhaps forgoing the protection of Anti-Virus? As your aware Webroot...is generally viewed as being complimentary protection with a Conventional Anti-Virus. It's a keeper for me because of it's zero system impact...and it's overall improvement the last couple of years. Just might remove Avira and replace with AppGuard...thanks for your feedback. Sincerely...Securon

I do not have any active anti-virus programs installed sir! The only AV's I have are Hitman Pro and Emsisoft Command Line Scanner. That's all you need :p AppGuard + WSA then. I approve; not that anyone cares what I approve of. lol.

Yeah AVG is good. I might give them a shot instead of Avast. I prefer to run file system protection without any add-ons.

It feels lighter than Avast and scans relatively faster so I'm pretty settled.

I notice from your sig that you also have Comodo's Firewall installed. Have you had any problems using Comodo's Virtual Kiosk with Webroot installed? I tried it on a couple of different computers, and trying to open the Kiosk always resulted in a BSOD. I had the full version of CIS installed, however, including the antivirus.

I never actually do use the Virtual Kiosk as it starts up too slow on my PC (20 secs) and i use Sandboxie for that purpose
however as you asked me about it, i tried it on my PC
it started up (said no to installing Comodo Dragon and silverlight) took 15-20 secs to do so
but after that it starts up and works just fine, no conflicts or blue screens
i am browsing from the Virtual Kiosk now.

The virtual kiosk etc was one of the fundamental reasons i decided to ditch version 6 because it simply has features i will rarely use or realistically need.

I have used sandboxie for years now and i had to make a decision as to which one to keep.
I chose sandboxie as it is time tested and has proven itself to be an effective product.

This of course left me with the added features of comodo 6 which to all intents and purposes have been left abandoned as i only virtualize my browser.

upon perusing through the comodo forum and the negative feedback on version 6 and 6.1 i have decided to revert back to v 5.12 which has features which are useful and none of the extra baggage.:)
