Version of Signature

Hi i have a question for you guys,i follow the instructions of setting up this antivirus program..so before i got an signature update almost everyday..now i wonder why my version of signature satys on 1.1277,,i click "update" and notrhing it remains on 1.1277..i check this page http://ip2.users.whitehat.dk/ and it says the latest signature is 1.1280.
i'm running nod32 2.5 "automatic update" is ckecked also
can somebody explain me why i'm not getting this updates,,you know this is very important

What update server have you selected? Also, check the event log for possible errors.

 

server= automatically
and yes the log says Time Module Event User

ok i just finished reading that section,,i had to "UNCKECK" the PROXY SERVER
now it took the update..but still on those instructions "http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=37509"
