unable to download version 4942, dated March 12, 2007

    All links to download Acronis True Image 10 home updates, in particular version 4942, are missing from my products updates account. They are there for my other products. Just the serial number and registration date appears. What is wrong and how can this be fixed?

    My guess is that they haven't got to it yet. The listing onthe updates info page was posted this weekend, I believe. They will probably get it the updates-page link set up for 4942 today.

    rotf -- we haven't even seen the update much less the infamously overgeneralized list of changes ;-)

    But it's morning still. . .
