Ubuntu servers slow?

    There are some posts indicating that Ubuntu servers are or were currently slow. Whether it is region-specific isn't clear.

    servers... do you mean the repositories? Or the download sites? The forums or wikis? Or are you talking about Ubuntu servers that dozens of people all over the world have installed at home?

    I wouldn't know about home servers. It's the repositories, Launchpad, and ubuntuforums.org that are mentioned. Askubuntu.com seems to be fine.

    Huh. Someone was complaining about them being slow on IRC tonight as well. I wasn't having any trouble here in the US. Must be regional.

    Just installed it today and had no issues with the servers....
