Why was my previous thread closed? It is a support issue.

If Acronis is selling a product that is unstable, that is a support issue.

If Acronis is using paying customers to TEST that product it is a support issue.

Acronis should pull TI9 and go back to TI8 untill they resolve these problems, that is a support issue.

If I lose data from a backup created from TI9, that is a horror story and a support issue.

Remember I am one of Aronis' paying customers. and what I have to say "IS A SUPPORT ISSUE"

Then, please go ahead and supply Acronis support here with your support case number so that they will be able to find your case and thus help you to solve your particular difficulties.

What a wrong conception of what is going on here.

This is not "your particular difficulties", this is Acronis difficulties, if they are selling software that does not work. And, if somebody reports problems, he is actually supporting Acronis (in this case, or any other sw company in other case). Because, he has paid for working software; simple as that.
Or, if he didn't pay, this is even more a support.

So, being a bit more kindly disposed would probaby be a nice thing, Mr.Moderator. Acronis customers probably do not owe anything to Acronis or this forum.

It is also a total misconception that some bad comments in support forum could possibly ruin company's reputation. Closing those threads can do much more damage.
