SpyBot 1.0 is out

    Spybot-Search & Destroy 1.0 is out. Details can be found here.

    If you are using a current beta then 1.0 can be obtained through the integrated update feature. Once the download and install is complete SpyBot will close. Upon opening 1.0 will be present.Iif anyone has difficulty with the integrated update please unistall the beta and install 1.0 directly from the website download sources and then report details on the problem in the support forum http://www.net-integration.net/cgi-bin/forums/ikonboard.cgi

    It appears the update is not uploaded in the appropriate place to do it through the integrated update feature yet. It appears I may have posted a little too quickly regarding that. Sorry :( But it will be soon as PepiMK is working on that and getting the mirrors squared away.

    A couple of the mirrors don't have it up yet either. It may take a couple days for a couple of them. For now you can update by downloading from the university links on the download page and http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/ where it is correct.

    Hi everyone,

    The integrated update is now available, too. The mirror list on my download page also shows which mirror has the 1.0 version already (most of them now). Just look at the '1.0' beside their names.

    If anyone wants to know what has changed, here's a short info:

    I am very pleased with Spybot S&D! It has cleared all the spy crap off my system (put there by the manufacturer). AND, it is the first application that did not cause any problems on my fussy OS. It cured and cleansed! Thank you, PepiMK! :) :) :)
