SpyBlaster install problem

    my friend is having a problem because apparently someone tryed to install or by mistake tryed to instll Spy blaster, i dont know what version, but it only has pop ups that say they are trying to contact a website, and it wont install... so if i could get your help
    i need to know what i could do, or what the problem could be... thanks a lot

    I'm sorry, I think we're going to need more information than this to advise you... We'd need to know exactly what the error messages are, in fact, the posting of an image (screen shot) showing these pop-ups would be best.

    Also, we'd need to know what version they are trying to install and where they got it from. (I'm not sure I understand this: "apparently someone tryed to install or by mistake tryed to instll Spy blaster..." - are you saying they don't know for sure who did it, and what they did exactly? Are they sure then that it was SpywareBlaster?)
