I had an issue with Emsisoft not displaying the main window when clicking on the tray icon. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. The problem went away, but I forgot to save my license key and never registered it to Emsisoft under my email.

So is there anything out there thats similar? I was thinking about just running Comodo CIS.

Maybe try contacting Emsisoft support, or Fabian directly (he has a forum account here) and try to explain your situation. They might help you with your problem.

With the help of another member here I was able to get my license back + 2 additional years, put on their press release list, and a spot on their affiliate partner program all thanks to ams963.

Now if they could just see to turn loose with a freeware version of Mamutu, that would be one for the PC history books. Kinda favor that Behavioral Blocker seeing how ThreatFire went the way of the wind.
