    Aloha.

    Ewido keeps finding my laptop retriever software thinking it is a trojan/dialer. How can I exclude rpcnet.exe and *.dlls etc from the scan?

    TIA,
    Maddy

    At present there is no option to ignore or exclude. My understanding is that this will be available in the future.

    You can submit the file to them and they will try to work it in. They did for me.

    This is their contact info-I would use email and attach file if you can

    Please send us the file to submit@ewido.net as password procted zip archive ( please include the password in the mail ( the password prevents mail-severbased av scanners from detecting the files and stopping delivery ))

    @steveke

    The best way is to send such files to submit@ewido.net directly
