    It don't say anything about engines, unless I'm blind in which case you will have to tell me.
    Also, does it have http scanning? (Yes, lots of people don't use it but I do)

    Rising is rising. That is, it's an up & coming AV. Doing much better on AV-test.org's recent tests.

    Rising doesn't do as well on AV-comparatives in general. Last I heard from them, they had a few difficulties acquiring samples from European countries for analysis. But the team works really hard, and overall this product has lots of potential.
