Restore Error

    when trying to restore from v9 2302, i am faced with the following error

    "E000101F4: True Image had detected unsupported hard disk drives. Acronis True Image does not support Windows Dynamic Disks. EZ-Drives, etc."

    i have xp pro sp2 hard disk formatted in dos 32.

    disk back complete and stored in second hard disk also dos 32

    please help

    Just in my reading here I saw a thread with other people complaining because TI doesn't backup dynamic disks, only basic disks. Only the server versions of TI will support dynamic disks (even though Norton Ghost supports them). Right click My Computer and go to Manage. Check and see if your partitions are dynamic or basic.

    Thanks for info, I have checked that can confirm that the disk partition is BASIC and FAT32
