I can't say that I knew of Steve Ward. Judging be his Wilders profile, I see he was 75. That's about all I know of him.

    RIP Steve Ward

    Hi

Steve's death did caught me while on holidays in Switzerland. Can't access my board due to some technical problems. So let me drop my thoughts about him here.

He was one of the founders of GSF and a brilliant HJT analyst. He was a great buddy, always givin a helping hand to everyone. Steve did like to cook, bake, good coffee and did cultivate all kinda sorts of pepper, esp. Halabenos. We'd been on telephonical touch regulary, so when I'd a last phone call with him in August, after he'd left hospital (~ 6 weeks in) he didn't sound that well. Without any sucess I did try to catch him at the phone passed 4 weeks.

RIP Steve, was great to know you, being a real close friend over years at and besides GSF. I'll miss you

My deepest condolence and RIP. He helped me with HJT 12 years ago at GSF. That was like yesterday. I still remember it. I could never forget that avatar and that username Lophatphuud. Time really flies so fast. :(
