  1. ProcessGuard free version did not object when I ran AntiHookProsetup25. Is this becasuse it is/has a Windows Installer Package .PG also let Flash Player 8 run. This also is/has a Windows Installer Package Usually PG asks if I want a prog to run when ran the first time?

If the installer uses rundll32.exe then you probably have it set to permit always. I have runddl32.exe set to permit once.

I did as you suggested and set PG rundll32 to permit once but still AntiHookProSetup25 runs.It is not installed but the installer runs without PG asking if I want to allow/deny as with other progs including rundll32 apps. Could AntiHookProSetup25 be malware?
    Thank you

Look in your PG logs to see what process starts when you run the installer, it could simply be an .exe that uses the name setup.exe and is in your security list with permit always allowed, hence why several programs you have install did not get flagged. I purge setup installer .exe's from the security list after installing any new apps.

    HTH Pilli. :)
