I've two partitons with Windows 2000 and one with Windows 98 SE. After installing OR Selector from Disk Director 9.0 the OS Selector worked fine.

Then I've update Virtual CD from 6.0 to 7.0 on my experimental Windows 2000 partiton but after reboot OS Selector could not boot anymore. It had to restore the MBR from my Windows 2000 CD. Now I switched back to the Windows boot manager.

I know Virtual CD has an open issue with its deinstallation procedure but I did not expect a crashed MBR because it deletes "only" entries in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.

    Kind regards,
    Andreas

    Hello Andreas,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Director Suite (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/).

Could you please tell whether Acronis OS Selector works fine for you now? If you have any problems please let us know the details. We will do our best in order to help you.

    Thank you.
