We own a few licenses for NOD32 v.1 (specifically server copies, so they weren't cheap) and have a few more servers coming online. I was wondering what will be the upgrade path and costs for updating/upgrading to v.2 when it's ready? Also what will be the full retail cost for the Win2k/Win2k3 Server version when it's ready?

    Thanks.

Unlike many antivirus vendors, we don't sting you for more $$$$ if we release an engine upgrade ... or even a completely new version ... during your license period.

The way we look at it is that we make an agreement with you to keep you as virus-free as we can for a specified amount of time, for which you pay us. If, during that time, changes need to be made to the program to keep on top of new types of viruses then we feel ethically obliged to do the right thing ... ie: to upgrade you at no cost.

Current Server licenses can be upgraded to v2 Server at no cost and current Workstation licenses can be upgraded to v2 Workstation at no cost, for the balance of your license.

There will almost certainly be some price adjustments in the near future, and these may or may not coincide with the release of v2 ... but at this point in time, no-one knows what they will be.
