Mobile networks banned from selling locked phones

    I wonder if this will affect phone pricing? Networks often sell cheap prepaid (or pay as you go as it's called in the UK) phones, which are locked to their network. If people can use the phone out of the box with any network, then I presume this could lead to price increases.
