Mcrosoft updates help

Ok i ran into a prob

it will take me 3 days continuless dowenloading straight on my crapy dial up to get all xp pro updates for my pc.

i had to reformat and restart aint no way i want to sit at my pc for 3 days and no way they let me hog up the phone line for 3 days lol

my dads pc on the other hand has all the windows xp updates

but he has home addtion i have xp pro

if i want sp2 and all that other good stuff cant i just get it from his

is there alway i can get all those nifty updates from his pc on to a cd and update mine with it?

and how do you do it?

It only took me a week to get the XP SP2 CD sent to me by Microsoft free of charge. You never know when you might need it again.

Order Windows XP Service Pack 2 on CD
