I believe on the jetico webiste it mentions that Jetico can pass all leak tests, but I don't think it can pass all the wallbreaker tests (i couldn't get it to pass the 1st and the 3rd if i said to treat IE as an internet browser). Anyone know if it can?

Have just re-installed Jetico to re-test. So test from new (image) of xp, iexplorer given "browser" access to net

Test 1. Alerted by Jetico that "wallbreaker" was asking for network access.
Test 3. Same as test 1.

You should check that you have not allowed "wallbreaker" access to the network, check in Configuration/Root/application table/ask user
