    Didn't even know about location metadata, I wonder if this also applies to Android. And it's so sad, I disabled my ad-blocker because I wanted to support Wired, but they are still serving animated ads. When will the online ads industry start to wake up?

    That's why I propose uBlock and friends should introduce an option to not remove text-only ads. The animated blinking shut is why I started blocking ads in the first place.
