Internal Error. Can't create empty archive.

We are testing TI. We've just installed the latest TI. After doing a full disk restore from a previous backup to this machine, we can no longer back it up.

We are getting this every time we do a full backup.

Operation with partition "2-0" was terminated.
Details:
Internal error: can't create empty archive (0x70001)
Tag = 0x0


Any ideas?
