  1. Hi all,I emailed support about 5 hours ago and have,nt got a response so i will try asking here.My computer had been acting up lately 'thought it was because of recent windows update,"phoned microsoft", After 3 days patiently waiting to hear back from them, it turns out I was infected with the Rbot-aky worm. Now my question is, when I scanned my computer with Nod how come it did"nt pick it up?And why did"nt Nod stop it in the first place?"I was Told it was a common worm".I know no AV is perfect but to miss it, and not find it on a deep scan?"Takes about 20 minutes to scan computer".I set up my computer per Blackspheres additional setting step by step instructions.Computer seems fine now since they talked me thru deleting it. Thanks

I'll ask an obvious question, was/is your Nod32 fully up to date?

Do you use a software firewall such as ZoneAlarm (free)?

Do you share the main C Drive, or just folders within it?

    Cheers :D

  3. I believe it's up to date,version-1.1392.No I don't have zone alarm. And it's a home computer no sharing with other computers. Thanks for the quick response Blacksphere.
